Born & raised in Southern Sicily, i share my love for my Italian culture and history through food. My love for creating & cooking started at the age of 8, when i was helping my lovely nonna (grandmother) making natural tomato paste. Since then developed a passion to create many traditional dishes from Pasta, Focaccia, Risotto just to mention a few. I love creating recipes & using fresh ingredients when cooking for foodies & health conscious people too, serving you diverse food for different pallets. My unique skills & modern techniques with food, has broaden my experience from start-up to elite international restaurants in Europe & the Middle East, Dubai.
